Gluten Free Cakes
PATTY CAKE PATTY CAKE BAKE ME A CAKE!!!! That’s just what we have done. Growing up celiac was not easy, especially when it came to birthday time. My parents could not just walk into a store and grab a gluten free cake off the shelf. Most of the gluten free cakes available at the time had the consistency of meatloaf with a smear of frosting, not what you would consider a birthday cake. Nonetheless, my dad always surprised us with the coolest birthday cake, which he secretly baked while we were in school. My all time favorite is strawberry cheesecake, so you bet I ate lots of it as a kid. Before long my dad was baking cakes for all our neighbors and friends who had no idea the cake they were getting was gluten free. So try all our gluten free cheesecakes. Strawberry shortcake, red velvet cake and much, much more. All our cakes are baked fresh daily and are made to order. Because of the delicate nature of the cakes and refrigeration requirements, we offer these items for pickup only (cakes are available for pickup at our local distributors). |
