Air Fried Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
2-3 tablespoons sugar - depends on how sweet you want it!
Nonstick cooking spray
12 My Dad's Cookies Chocolate Sandwich cookies
Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

Steps:

Whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl.

Add the oat flour and sugar and whisk until smooth.

The batter should be the consistency of thick cake batter to allow it to coat the cookie and hold its shape.
Spray a parchment lined baking pan. Start dipping the cookies in the batter, letting the excess drip back into the bowl. Arrange the cookies on the parchment without touching.
Air fry at 400 degrees F until the battered coating is golden brown and puffed, about 7 minutes.
Dust the fried Oreos with confectioners' sugar just before serving and Enjoy!
