Lemon Burst (Linzer) Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- My Dad's Cookies Lemon Burst Linzers
- 1 box GF lemon cake mix
- 1 container vanilla frosting
- Lemon zest
Steps:
- Follow the steps on the box cake mix, bake the cupcakes & let them cool before frosting
- Frost the cupcakes
- Add a little lemon zest on top of each cupcake
- Top with half a Lemon Burst Linzer & enjoy!!
