Summer Cannoli Dip


  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 1 pack My Dad’s Sprinkle Cookies
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 6 tsp sugar 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 


  • Beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth then add sugar and vanilla 
  • Continue beating until sugar is mixed in and then fold in sprinkles with a spatula 
  • Cover with plastic wrap and cool in the refrigerator until chilled; about 20 minutes

Sprinkle some cookies and sprinkles on top, start dipping and enjoy!!
