Summer Cannoli Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprinkles
- 1 pack My Dad’s Sprinkle Cookies
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 6 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
- Beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth then add sugar and vanilla
- Continue beating until sugar is mixed in and then fold in sprinkles with a spatula
- Cover with plastic wrap and cool in the refrigerator until chilled; about 20 minutes
Sprinkle some cookies and sprinkles on top, start dipping and enjoy!!
