Are all My Dad's Cookies gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free?

Yes! All of our cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and kosher, made in our dedicated facility to help prevent cross-contamination. 

Do you have any soy free options?

Yes, our Raspberry Linzer, Chocolate Raspberry Linzer, Chocolate Sandwich, Lemon Burst Linzer & Tiramisu Linzer are all soy free

Do you have any vegan options?

We have two delicious vegan options: our Chocolate and Vanilla Graham cookies!

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for personal taste or texture preferences. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so our team can review it.

What if my cookies arrive broken or damaged?

We can assure you that we do our very best to package every order with care, using extra bubble wrap and fragile stickers to protect our products during shipping. We understand that packages can sometimes get tossed around during transit, and our cookies are delicate bakery items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and your order number so we can look into it and help make things right.
